Eligible purchases are covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. If something goes wrong - like faulty goods or no delivery - you’ll have the right to dispute the charge and request a refund.

There are three ways to use Flex Instalments:
At the time of purchase: When you pay using your Curve Flex card in your Curve Pay wallet, your purchase is automatically split into instalments.
After the fact: You can also swipe on past purchases made with your debit or credit card in the Curve Pay wallet and convert them into a Flex instalment plan.
Curve ReFi: you can transfer previous purchases on any eligible debit or credit card in your Curve Pay wallet and convert them into a Flex instalment plan.We’ll collect a single monthly payment from the debit card you choose, on the day of the month that works for you.
When you apply for Curve Pay, we perform a soft credit check to assess your eligibility. Soft checks do not impact your credit score and are only visible to you on your credit report - not to other lenders.
However, when you create your first Curve Flex Instalment plan, we’ll perform a hard credit check. This is a one-time check required under lending regulations and will appear on your credit report, which may cause a small, temporary dip in your credit score.
We also report your Curve Flex activity to credit reference agencies. Making repayments on time can help build your credit history, while missed or late payments may negatively affect your score.
Yes. Eligible flexed purchases made with a credit card are covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. You’ll have the right to challenge faulty or undelivered goods and request a refund.
You can make additional payments toward your Curve Flex Instalment plans at any time, and it’s completely free to do so.
