Signup Promotion Terms
Version 2 - Published 22 April 2024
-
Curve offers signup promotions to new users from time-to-time (the “Signup Offer”) on the terms set out below (the “Terms”). To be eligible for any Signup Offer, you must be a new user, who has not had an account with Curve in the past 12 months, and received an invitation to participate in the Signup Offer (the “Signup Offer Invite”).
-
The Signup Offer Invite will specify:
-
the period for which the Signup Offer is open and any country of residence requirements (for example, a promotion may only be open to residents of the United Kingdom or France);
-
any limits on redemption of the Signup Offer (for example, a promotion may be limited to the first 500 signups); and
-
the value of the signup reward (for example 1,000 Curve Cash Points).
-
-
To be eligible for the signup reward, you must:
-
sign-up to Curve; and
-
within 14 days of sign-up make at least one (1) purchase on your Curve card (either physical or digital) and spend at least £10 with it (or the equivalent in your local currency if you are based in the EEA)
-
-
Eligibility for a Curve account and the terms of use of Curve are set out in the UK Terms of Service and the EEA Terms of Service. Curve does not bear any liability for incomplete account creations or activations, including transaction declines, or if there are delays for any reason, including being unable to verify your account.
-
The signup reward will be given to you in Curve Cash Points (the “Reward”) which will be added to your Curve Cash Card (which you can see in the Curve app). Our Curve Rewards and Curve Cash scheme terms apply (see here). Please note that FSCS protection does not apply to the funds held on your Curve Cash Card.
